Steve Goretzko, the operator of Sven's Coffee Co. started roasting coffee in 1989. Steve has always enjoyed going to cafés, sipping great cups of coffee and having enjoyable conversation.

Over the years, there has been much to learn in coffee. Steve greatly enjoys searching out the best green coffee to ensure his customers have great cups of coffee. Steve brings his many years of roasting experience to every batch of Sven's coffee for the enjoyment of his customers.
